There is no lack of short messaging applications and currently the most popular messaging applications like Whatsapp, Snapchat and many others exist for mobile devices. In every field the challenge always remains for how to provide something different.
Here another messaging application has launched, and it is called Boop. The app lets people send self-destructing animated messages to other users, rather than just photos or texts like competing apps. Messages sent through the service are displayed to the receiver as both text and animation.
Boops are self-destructing animated text messages. Boops display one word at a time, so the recipient can't screenshot them. Throw in emoji and you can create animations called Boopmations. Have fast, back and forth private animated text chats with anyone. Boops delete themselves as soon as you read them, so there's no history of your private chats.
You also get to set your username - no real name policy here - whilst a future update will enable you to link Boop to your phone number to make it easier to add contacts via your phone's existing address book.
The application can be downloaded from Android market and Apple app store
